Raindrop
and Vita Flex techniques with essential oils:
The Raindrop technique is a powerful healing
tool using therapeutic grade essential oils that assist in achieving
balance in the body. Therapeutic Essential Oils are applied
with certain massage strokes to certain points on the feet and
back, warm compresses and gentle stretching of the back and
spine are part of the therapy. |
Reiki:
A simple hands on energy therapy in which
the practitioner gently places hands on different areas of the
body in order to facilitate the individual towards self relaxation
and balance. |
Guided
Imagery:
This is a therapeutic process that facilitates
working with the power of the imagination to positively affect
mental attitude, potentiate positive outcomes and activate innate
healing within the body. This process is scripted and directed
by a practitioner or sometimes on an audiotape. |
Integrative Imagery:
Takes the therapeutic imagery process to
an even deeper level by eliciting and working with a person’s
own images, both positive and negative. The process is best
facilitated by a practitioner, guiding a person to bring to
mind an image for something, then directly engaging with this
image, often in dialogue. |
